M. Corporation — Since 2015

Investing for Generations

Founded in 2015, M. Corporation is an investment and holding company. Our purpose is simple and demanding: to assemble, structure and support over the long term a body of activities and holdings, chosen for their soundness, their usefulness and their capacity to endure through time.

We invest with the patience of an owner rather than the impatience of the market. Removed from short-term thinking, we favour the companies and assets destined to create value across several generations.

As stewards of tomorrow, we do not inherit the earth from our ancestors — we borrow it from future generations. Every decision we make is a promise: to act with integrity, lead with empathy, and innovate with courage. Sustainability is not a checkbox; it is the bedrock of our legacy. We are the architects of a world where ethical progress outlives us all. Let our actions today be measured not by quarterly gains, but by the enduring good and integrity we cultivate for humanity and the planet.

A tradition of patrimonial investment

M. Corporation belongs to a tradition of patrimonial investment, in which capital is conceived as a heritage to be grown and passed on. Since 2015, we have been building a coherent portfolio of holdings, guided by a single conviction: enduring performance is born of stability, discipline and the alignment of interests.

Our governance rests upon discretion, rigour and responsibility. As a long-term shareholder, we support the companies we hold in their strategic direction, with respect for their autonomy and their own culture.

Our activities

A holding company managed with dynamism and rigour

M. Corporation is a passive investment and holding company, yet one managed with a long-term perspective, with dynamism and professionalism, by M. Corp Advisory & Partners, which brings together all the profiles responsible for managing the group's holdings and investments across its various sectors of activity.

In practical terms, M. Corp Advisory & Partners (MCAP) handles, on behalf of M. Corporation, all the disciplines involved in the conduct of its holdings and investments. To carry out these missions, MCAP draws on a team of professionals bringing together, in each of these fields, an expertise often built over several decades.

Vittorio Mettewie
Reference shareholder · Group CEO

Neuroatypical, Vittorio Mettewie has turned his cognitive singularity into an asset rather than a constraint. Having learned to tame his mind and to reveal its distinctive capacities — intensity, long-term vision, non-linear thinking —, he has drawn from it a strength and a clarity that today shape the way he builds and invests. He is a member of NDBI (NeuroDivergent Brain Intelligences — www.ndbi.eu), an association that supports neurodivergent people in their fulfilment and works towards the full and complete inclusion of atypical intelligences.

An entrepreneur and executive, Vittorio Mettewie has more than twenty-five years of experience in the conception and delivery of major multifunctional real estate projects across Europe.

He began in 1999 at Wilhelm & Co, a leading Belgian real estate developer, where he took part in large-scale urban operations, including L'Esplanade. In 2003, he joined the international group Foruminvest to identify and develop mixed-use projects in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy and Poland. In 2010, he was among the principal architects of the €100 million leveraged buyout (LBO) that gave rise to CityMall.

In 2015, he founded M. Corporation. In 2016, he established the first companies of the future Next Day group, which he developed alongside Pierre Pozzi Belforti and of which he has been, since 2019, co-founder and Group CEO. Within a few years, the group brought together more than forty-five companies — including six in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg — and welcomed leading European entrepreneurial families as co-investors.

A heritage

A story of industry, art and dignity

M. Corporation's attachment to the long term draws its roots from a singular family history, one of industry, art, civic commitment and resistance.

Domenico Morelli
Painter · Senator of the Kingdom of Italy

Through the Morelli family, originally from Naples, the heritage continues in art and industry. Domenico Morelli, one of the greatest Neapolitan painters of the nineteenth century and a senator of the Kingdom of Italy, co-founder of the School of Drawing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, remains a figure of whom the family preserves an important series of works.

Louis Mettewie
Industrialist · Mayor · Automobile pioneer

An industrialist and mayor of one of the principal Brussels municipalities for nearly twenty-five years, he was the maker of the Belgian luxury automobile marque Belgica — which competed as early as 1903 and 1904 in the Spa Circuit races against the Mercedes and the Bugatti — and the founder, in 1902, of the Brussels Motor Show. A man of conviction, he championed universal suffrage from an early date, including the right of women to vote. A Brussels boulevard today bears his name.

The family memory remains marked by the commitment of several forebears to the Resistance — a heritage of courage and dignity that is an integral part of M. Corporation's identity:

From this history, M. Corporation inherits a simple conviction: to invest for generations, to pass on more than to possess. Such is the meaning of its coat of arms — the reminder of a continuity between the generations.

The origins

They started in a garage

Hewlett-Packard, Amazon, Apple — some of the world's most enduring companies were born in a garage. M. Corporation and Next Day are no exception: our journey, too, began in a modest garage and storage space on Boulevard Louis Mettewie — a Brussels avenue named after one of Vittorio Mettewie's forebears. From those first square metres came a single conviction — what matters is not where one starts, but how far, and for how long, one is willing to build.
